Terms of delivery

We deliver worldwide with DHL and partner companies of DHL.

• Domestic delivery (Germany): €7.90 incl. VAT
• Delivery to EU member states: €14.50 incl. VAT
• Delivery to countries outside the EU: €29.00 excl.

Accepted payment options

The available payment methods will be displayed during the ordering process:

• Advance payment by bank transfer

• PayPal

• Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)

• Payment after 30 days

• Klarna (purchase on account, payment by instalments)

Delivery times

The estimated shipping time for each product is indicated in the respective product description. The actual delivery time consists of the processing time until dispatch and the shipping time.

Bearbeitungszeit bis zum Versand: Depending on the product ordered and the order quantity, the processing time varies from immediate dispatch to a maximum of 2 months. Please note the information in the respective product description.

Shipping time:

• Within Germany: approx. 2 – 5 working days

• To other EU countries: approx. 3 – 10 working days, depending on the destination country

Special notes: No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays. If you order several items with different delivery times, they will be sent together in one shipment, unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is based on the item with the longest delivery time.
