Delivery Countries
We currently deliver to the following countries:
- Germany
- Austria
- The Netherlands — please place your order via our online shop: https://designer-switches.com/nl
Unfortunately, deliveries to other countries are currently not possible due to differing national EU requirements regarding the disposal of electrical equipment and packaging materials.
If you do not live in one of the countries we currently deliver to, you may be able to have your order sent to a delivery address in Germany, Austria or the Netherlands. The recipient can then forward the parcel to you privately.
The reason for this is the national disposal regulations for electrical equipment and packaging materials. For each delivery country, separate contracts are required in order to comply with Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), along with registration with the relevant national authorities. There is currently no uniform EU-wide solution. Instead, each country has its own regulations and reporting obligations, some of which are highly complex.
As the associated costs and administrative work are considerable, we are currently focusing on our most important markets. Although the EU states that it aims to facilitate and promote trade within Europe, these requirements unfortunately create additional barriers which make cross-border deliveries significantly more difficult.
Shipping Conditions
Delivery is carried out by DHL and DHL partner companies.
Deliveries within Germany:
€7.90 including 19% VAT
Deliveries to Austria or the Netherlands:
€14.50 including 19% VAT
Express shipping is not available.

The available payment methods will be shown during the checkout process.
Possible payment methods include:

Delivery Times
The estimated dispatch time for each product is stated in the respective product description. The actual delivery time consists of the processing time before dispatch plus the shipping transit time.
Processing time before dispatch:
Depending on the product ordered and the order quantity, the processing time may range from immediate dispatch to a maximum of 2 months. Please refer to the information provided in the respective product description.
Shipping transit time:
Within Germany: approx. 2–5 working days
To other EU countries: approx. 3–10 working days, depending on the destination country
Additional information:
Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you order several items with different dispatch times, the goods will be sent together in one shipment unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time will be based on the item with the longest stated dispatch time.
